Our lead trainer, Will, has a decade of experience in various fields in the canine world. With the firm belief that no trainer is ever done learning, he takes the time to make sure he is always up to date on new information and techniques that will help you and your pet grow together. Under this guiding principle his constant goal is to continue to specialize in his field's of expertise; obedience, behavioral modification and task work. There are few field's that he has not dabbled in but Will has always come back to his desire to help families coexist and enjoy their life long companions. With a membership to multiple guilds and access to a wealth of knowledge our trainer is prepared to offer you any assistance you need both inside and outside of our area. Will is also a current evaluator for the AKC Canine Good Citizen program as well as the AKC Trick Dog program and can perform testing and approval for all exams included in those programs!

Will has two dogs of his own, both service animals that assist with his mobility needs. Cedric is the oldest, a golden retriever who is also SPA's resident dog therapist! Cedric has been specially trained by Will to help those dogs who need a little extra reassurance with other dogs get past their fears or insecurities. Hennessy is the newest member of the SPA family; an Irish setter with eyes on the prize of being Cedric's successor when it's time for him to retire from the working life.
